Disconnecting All Equipment

We handle disconnecting all equipment, verifying everything is safely powered down and properly detached before removal.

Secure Transportation

All equipment is carefully and securely transported to our processing facility, where it undergoes thorough inspection, data sanitisation, and environmentally responsible recycling or repurposing procedures.

Auditing & Inventory

All equipment is catalogued in preparation for your asset report. The report will list each data-bearing item collected, including details such as brand, model, serial number, specifications and asset tags

Data Destruction

To ensure sensitive information is fully erased and irrecoverable, we perform secure data wiping or destruction using certified methods. Depending on your requirements, data-bearing media is either securely erased using industry-standard software or physically destroyed.

Certification

A data erasure certificate is provided, verifying that all data has been securely wiped or destroyed in accordance with industry standards.

Refurbish or Recycle

If the device is suitable for refurbishment, it will be repaired and upgraded, including replacing worn-out components like batteries, screens, or keyboards. Devices that are beyond repair or not cost-effective to refurbish will be recycled for their materials. We follow a zero landfill approach, ensuring all recovered materials are fully recycled.

Revenue Generation

We offer a revenue-sharing program where we purchase your redundant IT equipment. We will resell your IT assets and return an agreed-upon revenue share to your organisation. After evaluating the condition and resale potential of the devices, you will receive a percentage of the sale price. Terms and conditions apply.
